Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the "Date Created" field when using the "Start and wait for an approval". @Anonymous @fchopo Could you please advise, where did you add the current time and convert time zone box? I've added them right before the "start and wait for an approval" and the created date in approval mail always display GMT time zone. How did you fix this?

I added current time and convert time zone actions to each level of the approval and it works well.

However, how about the dates from responses? is there any way to convert them to local time zone?
