Convert Power Apps Form (coming from SharePoint list) to PDF

I am building a expense report using Power Apps Canvas App and my data source is SharePoint list. I would like to save to SharePoint list and also convert the form (once submitted) to PDF and route the PDF and list attachments for document approvals. I have seen few Youtube videos where the only option shown was converting to HTML in Power Apps or in Power Automate and then in turn converting to PDF. Do we have any other better and easy approach of doing this? I dont want to do formatting in HTML.

There are easier approaches to do doing this but they involve premium connectors.  The simplest solution would be to use the Microsoft Word connector.  Everyone knows how to use Word.  You just need to learn how to pass variables into the Word template.

If you want to minimize the cost make a service account run the Word Connector flow  rather than have the user trigger it directly from PowerApps.

@mdevaney Thanks Matt. This will be definitely an alternative for me. Other similar that I found here is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1jsBllmr-w&ab_channel=HowToExcel

I really hope Microsoft can come up with a function like thing with in power apps to make pdf generations easier.

Plumsail is a top-of-the line solution if you are willing to pay for it.  But otherwise, just use the Word Connector or PDF.
