Dropbox Business Parent Folder not appearing

Hi there,

I am new to MS Flow.

I am trying to create a folder that Sync's all events in a Dropbox Folder to a Sharepoint Folder, I am pretty sure that I can get this done, however, I am not able to select the correct Parent folder {CompanyName] Dropbox.

Has anyone had this same problem?

    Hi @MarCBB ,

If you click the button of file browser, could you see all the available folders?

I am using my personal Dropbox account for testing, all the folders under the Root folder are available for me.

If you have created a connection using your company account info, then I assume that you could see the correct parent folder {CompanyName} Dropbox.

Please check your connection and try again.

    HI @MarCBB ,

    What’s your current situation?

    Does the issue still exist?

    Best regards,

    Mabel

     @v-yamao-msft ,

The problem is still there, I have been in touch with the Dropbox team and the problem is not on their side.

I don't get the Root as the first Dir, the first one is "Dropbox" from there it goes into my personal folder.

I have tried to manually type in the required path but that results in an error.

I have also deleted the connection and recreate it - the same problem.

I am using Dropbox for Business, maybe that is why yours starts with Root and mine does not?

My end goal is to have sync'd folders between OneDrive and Dropbox, changes/new files/deleted files from one to the other and the other way around.

Has anyone figured out a way around this? I can't add the Dropbox folder that I want to.
