Aging Report/ Modified Last Email, SharePoint to Outlook

Looking to develop a Flow that triggers an email to an assigned user if an item is set as "open" status and the last modified/ saved date was greater than 5 days from the last modified/ save date. In theory, this sounds very doable but setting the conditions and triggering these Flows has me stumped.

I took an attempt at it by following some online posts but not getting the results I desired. Any help or guidance on how to set this up is greatly appreciated. My failed attempt is below 😞

A SharePoint list item will have a Created date an a Modified date, for example:

Are you looking to filter: (Modified date) is greater than (Created date + 5 days) ?
I haven't understood your the conditions on which you need to filter on.

Exactly what I was trying to do but I want to base it on "open" status only items(choice column).

I feel like my Flow is not correct based on what you described above.

You could start by filtering for the Status Vale equal to open in the Get Items action:
Make sure to use the correct name for the Status Value column. This needs to be the internal name of the field.

Then you could use the Filter array action to select items with a Modified date that is greater than the item's Created date + 5 days:
