Creating Numbered List in a table in Excel

Hi, I'm trying to populate a table in an Excel spreadsheet that is created by the flow I'm having an issue with. My flow creates the new worksheet in a pre-existing excel spreadsheet, creates a table and creates a key column. The problem is, I need the table to have 30 rows, numbered 1-30 in the key column, but I can't use the "Update a row" function because I have no key values yet. How can I do this? I've attached what the flow looks like currently, and what is currently produced by the flow in Excel.
