Hi, I'm trying to add branding (logo image and email footer) to an email, but finding it really tricky.
I've built a form which is completed by an external customer. Form submission triggers a flow which generates an internal email to inform various staff that someone has completed the form, and give them the information provided. This one is all fine.
The second email is effectively a 'receipt' sent externally to the customer, with a summary of their responses and information about next steps etc. This one is also functioning fine, BUT I can't work out how to brand it with the company logo and email footer. Without this, it doesn't look official or legitimate.
Is anyone able to help, please? Ideally I need a solution that isn't HTML-heavy, or complex, as we are not experts!
Thanks

    Hi,

I also created a blog post in Feb 2024 in the community platform here that demonstrates step by step how to add your logo to an email in Send Email (V2) in Power Automate with the logo in either SharePoint or OneDrive for Business.  The flow shows both locations and is pretty easy to duplicate.  Let me know if I can help you.

All of the answers in this thread work, except that I needed to send this email externally, and storing the referenced image on SharePoint or OneDrive won't allow external recipients to see the embedded image when the email arrives in their inbox.

Our solution was to add the image to a folder on our public-facing website (not visible on the website, but in the background folders), and then reference that location in the flow. That solved it.

So in conclusion, the suggested answers are great, except if you need to send externally, in which case you'll need a public-facing area to store your image. Then reference that location in the flow.

Thanks to everyone who replied to my original question.
