Reminder flow

My business case is I have two sharepoint status - My Team status and Requestor status. When My Team status value is marked as "Additional Information Requested", we need to check for any change in the Requestor status value and if there is no update, on the 7th day an email notification to the sent to the requestor asking for information. Then we again wait for any change in the requestor status for an additional 7 days and sent out an email to the Requestor informing that My team status is changed to Close and we close the status in sharepoint.

This is the flow that is created by me but i am noticing that the status is changed to close even when My team status condition is changed from Additional Information Requested to Resolved.

    Hi @Jeenak ,

It seems you have the wrong logic of this flow. I made a demo flow for your reference on the basis of your description:

    vjefferni_1-1639472083307.png

    The points are as follows:

    1. You need to check status after each 7 days delay.

    2. You need to check last modified time is within the latest 7 days.

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards,
