Trying to insert 'Link to Item' in an email that is triggered by the item being created, but not working and replacing with '']}'

I have created a flow that sends 2 emails when a new item is created in a SharePoint list. This item is created by another flow that populates the SharePoint list from the answers of a form.

I want to send a link in the emails, that goes directly to the new item that has been created in the list and when I put it in the email body, it shows like this:

When I save it and come back, or try to test the flow, it changes the link to '']}' as shown below:

Why is this happening and is there a way for me to link to the new item that has triggered the flow?

    Hi @helpmepl5

I tried this - happening same for me when using new designer - I think this seems to be a bug with new designer. Switch back to old designer and try to save the flow after adding Link to item again in the send email and see whether the dynamic content appears there or not ?

    Thanks & Regards,
