Hi,
We have been receiving "You need a different Power Automate plan to use unattended flows." since last few hours.
We do have Power Automate Attended RPA license as well as Unattended Add-on assign to the environment.
I am trying to issue a support ticket, however, its not working. Virtual Chat box won't allow me to type message.
Can anyone guide me on how do we reach them?

Hi all, thanks for your reply.
I figured that the flow owner was different from the user account actually running the flow.
License was applied to "User Account" running the flow, it required us to assign license to the Owner.
Managed to create a new copy of flow for the licensed users and now all ok.
Hope the documentation was a bit clearer.

you should open a support request from Power Platform Admin Center (https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support) with the following values:
In the next page, I'll have to specify the Support plan and the error details.
