I hope this question does not bother the community, however I couldn't find anything in the internet.
I am trying to get into Power Apps with tutorials. However not mather what the tutorials are never the same than on my screen.
I am using the online version of Power Apps and I have set the language to english but still shows me the Display Language in German. I am also not able to see the Ribbon Menu. I've tried to download the desktop version but I am not able to see the download option for the desktop version.
I have changed the display Language here but this has not changed the language (Power Apps Settings):

Any suggestion how to get the Display language to English and get the Ribbon view?
