Automate simple task in SP

Hi everyone,

is it possible to automate this process? I want it every Friday to create a new list, in “your department” field to choose my department, time spent in hours(8hrs), activity type(group activity), and in the description field to write only two letters “PM”. Absolutely the same entries every Friday. “Date” it puts automatically, so no need to touch this field.

Thank you in advance🙏

Do you want to create a new each Friday or create a new item to the list every Friday?

    Dear Sudeep,

    don’t quite get your question.
There’s a “+ New” button. If you hover over it, it says: “Create a new list in this location”. So it should do exactly this. Every Friday I have to do it manually so I want to automate it because sometimes I forget about it.

    Dear Sudeep,

I am a complete newbie. Could you please help me with steps in detail. Should I put smth in “get my profile(v2) part? Create item part isn’t clear for me. In “List Name” sections, what should I put there? And where I set up this: “in “your department” field to choose my department, time spent in hours(8hrs), activity type(group activity), and in the description field to write only two letters “PM”.
