Alguém poderia identificar a causa do erro na fórmula abaixo?

    As you are using non-english locale, the separator for it is different, it will use ;; 
    so , becomes ;
    and ; becomes ;;
     
    There a table of these differences available to view,

    Infelizmente a sintaxe não é universal. Funciona mais ou menos assim:
     
    Ambiente Separar Argumentos Separar Funções
    América do Sul ; ;;
    Estados Unidos , ;


    No caso faltou você separar as funções usando ";;", você usou somente ";"
