Image mismatch from desktop to mobile environment

I have a PVA Chatbot for TEAMS that I deployed for my organization. For some reason a few months ago the desktop TEAMS version has a different icon for the bot than the mobile version. The desktop version looks like a "no image" default icon where as the mobile version is the standard chatbot icon. What gives? It wasn't always like this... Any clue as to what might have happened?debug1.PNG
