Recent User, PAD connection error

Hello, 
Can anyone direct me on this error? I am unable to connect to any environment. It was working great before the recent PAD update.
I tried the following:
- Reinstalled PAD.
- Logged out of all Microsoft apps and signed back in 
Automate Online works just fine
