Hi All,

I am trying to set-up a one way sync from a sharepoint folder to an ftp folder. The FTP connection works fine, the flow creates the files in the correct FTP folder. However, the files don't work. I tried with word, text and images and although they have the same name and roughly the same file size, they are not recognised as word, text or image files. Please help!

Thanks!

The flow I have is this:

The error/fail message I get is this

    Hi @Anonymous,

What’s the error message? Is it BadGateway? The image isn’t very clear.

What do you mean by the files are not recognized as word, text or images? Can they be opened properly?

FTP Server is not available on my side, so I created a flow to save the file from SharePoint to OneDrive for Business, which works just fine. The files can be created from SharePoint to OneDrive for Business with file extension and can be opened properly.

    Best regards,

    Hi @v-yamao-msft / Mabel

Thanks for your message. The error message is Bad Gateway indeed. The files can't be opened - I tried different file formats (jpg, docs, txt, ..).

Any further leads would be highly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Robert

Bad Gateway error is a problem with the FTP Connection, whether it is credentials or port number. I just had this and found I was using wrong port etc. please go back and check the connection details to your FTP server.
