How to Get Personal Word Document Entity word document from Entity and Create in OneDrive or SharePoint

Hello Good Afternoon All Of You,

 

I hope You Are All Well.

 

I have trying to get Personal Word Document Entity Word Document. but after creating file the file is not opened why?

After Creating File the word file is not open why?
