Create Business Unit and Manage them using Power Automate Flow

Can I automate the creation, deletion and management of Business Units through Power Automate flow?

 

The requirement is that the business user might create a new region tomorrow. Which should create a Business Unit, Role, AD group, etc. so that everything is managed by the business user.
