send one outlook email including multiple attachments from FORMS

I created an form, to ask user to upload their attachment by 5 different questions. So those attachments should be uploaded to my onedrive.

 

I want to create the flow to send an email including those attachments from those 5 questions. However, those 5 questions are not required questions. Some may have, some may not have.

 

I currently struggled in the how to put those attachments in one email.

    Please see the following which may help:

    You will need to change the append to array action if you are going to send the file attachments with Outlook:
