I created a Microsoft Form. I also created a Flow - when responses are submitted, get response details + create item in sharepoint list. The problem I am having is with the first entry on the form - Name. If the user is outside of my organization, the flow does not recognize the name and thus does not add the responses to the list. If the user is within my organization, but uses an alias (i.e., Matt Smith instead of Matthew Smith), the flow does not recognize the name and this does not add the responses to the list. Please see attached. What is the definition of the output that I am pulling in here and how can I change it to pull in the exact response on the form.
