Form all of a sudden stopped saving attachments

Hi everyone,

I am a bit lost with this one as something that once worked all of a sudden stopped and for the life of me, I can't figure out why.  I haven't touched the screen/form in question in over a month as it was working fine.  Now I have go in to test my app and all of a sudden when submitting the form, the attachments are not saving.  All the other data is but just not the attachment.  I have even created a new screen with a new form as a test & still nothing.  I am hoping someone has an idea as I was about to start testing with the end users next week.

Looking around for a solution, I did notice that one view in the sharepoint list has an attachment column but when I go into settings, it is not there.  I am not sure if this has anything to do with it.  I tried to remove and then re-add the column but nothing changed.

    hey @korny5589

    i dont know how you are patching attachments to sharepoint but this is the fastest and easiest way:

    PowerApps - Patch attachment to SharePoint list (youtube.com)

    @mmbr1606

    Thanks for the response but the video is showing how to add an attachment control alone and patch to the sharepoint list.

    My case is that I Inserted a 'Edit Form' control and then on the button have used

    SubmitForm(Input_Files_Form)

    As you can see from the screenshot, there are records with attachments that were saved using the same code and form a little ways back.

    this also works with a form not only with the attachments control itself
