Hello,

I created a retention label and published it for a test Teams site linked of course the policy with the power automate flow, but when the trigger needs to start we have the error below :

I mention that the account used is the one who created the labels, published it and created the flow.

The licensees used are E3 and Power Automate per user plan.

What could be the issue?

    Hi @Claudiu,

Can you share the configuration of that action? Might be useful to see what you filled out in the fields of that trigger action.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/connectors/microsoft365compliance/#when-an-item-reaches-end-of-its-retention-period

This thread also has some troubleshoot steps, if that helps?

It is also worth double checking this setup doc and the limitations:

Hello, thank you for the answer.

The label was created using PowerShell since the flow is not in the default environment as stated in the Microsoft article.

First I wanted to test the trigger if is working and then I want to use approvals to send a request to an user if the file is needed or not.

    Hi @Claudiu,

Thanks for sharing your setup. I will have a look if I can reproduce your issue in my environment as well. I am now waiting for the Run a Power Automate flow option to show up in my Purview environment 😁

Have you also tried reaching out to Microsoft Support for this (in parallel to this thread), might be an issue with the action/connector?

    Hi @Claudiu,

Out of interest, how is it going with your MS Case?
