11Resolved the issue by breaking the flow into two separate flows

Hello! I built an app for users to attach documents and send over for approval but I'm receiving duplicate approval emails. There's only one flow attached to the app and no other flows are running.
Here's the formula for the OnSelect button and screenshots of the flow:
