"Update a row" (Dataverse). Error code ERR_BAD_REQUEST. Request failed with status code 404

Hello lovely community!
I am building an automated cloud flow in Power Automate, sitting inside a solution in my environment. The trigger is Dataverse "When a row is added, modified or deleted" and works well. When after I try to select the action "Update a row" I get the error message in a red ribbon: "ERR_BAD_REQUEST. Request failed with status code 404". This error appears while attempting to select the action (not within the config of the action itself).
I am in make.powerapps.com > Solutions > Cloud flows > New, but also tried to do it in Power Automate directly; I am working in an incognito window with Edge (I've also tried Chrome). Connection reference to dataverse exists in the solution, as I am able to select the trigger Dataverse "When a row is added, modified or deleted" (and all other actions).
I really don't think it's a problem of user access or connection configuration with dataverse. In the flow I am able to add an action using any other dataverse trigger like "Add a new row" or "Get a row by ID", but only two options fail: "Update a row" and "Update a row in selected environment".
The issue replicates outside of the solution within the environment (which is a development environment), and also in another production environment. My user is the tenant admin and Power Platform admin, so it is unlikely to be an access problem. The issue arises even before selecting a table in the trigger. I have also tried to delete all connections with Dataverse inside and outside of the solution and resetting them again.
Any questions to clarify, just ask!

Looks like this is an issue on Microsoft’s side, so the best step is to log a support ticket. If it’s urgent, you can try a workaround by using the Upsert action or Perform a bound action, either of which can work as a replacement for the Update action. Another thing you can try use developer tools and see if any error is being logged in Network logs which will help you and microsoft team to understand the issue
