I have setup a Microsoft Form with branching to allow customers to get a customize questionnaire based upon their content request.

With this current setup, I am having difficulties transitioning the information into the Microsoft list when multiple questions are inputting their specific answers into the same category in Microsoft List. Not every question is asked every time due to branching, but I have multiple questions that answers are similar in nature that they should be loaded into the same category as others.

For example:
I asked: What is your Content Type:
- Email
- Web
- Social
- Video

Then the following up question would be asked (only one or the other):
They would fall into the same category into Microsoft list

For Email: what type of request:
-Campaign
-Notice
-Monthly Newsletter

For Social
-Posting
-Knowledge
