Get Response Action Failing - Possible due to unanswered option questions (Bad Request: 400)

Hi,
I am building a flow triggered by "When a form is submitted" the next action is to "Get Response Details". I have a few optional questions in the form that can be skipped/left blank, I have accounted for this later in the flow where I create a SharePoint item using expressions such as coalesce etc. but it cant even get it to that stage. If i am being honest i dont remember this being an issue in the past any ideas on what could be a workaround?

I know it sounds basic, but have you verified the input to the Get Response is correct?  Is it possible you don't have permissions to the form?  Does the Get Response permissions match the trigger permissions?

If those check out, please post a screenshot of the output showing the exact error code.

    Hi,
Valid question, Yes I have just rechecked the input for "Get Responses" all is correct. It works when every question is entered but not when i was testing leaving some of the optional ones blank.

Below is code the is produced in output of the failed action:

Your screenshot doesn't show a value for the ResponseID.  The action needs that value from the trigger to be able to distinguish which response to get the details for.  Check the trigger to make sure you are getting a response ID as output from the trigger and also check to make sure you've added it correctly to the Get Response Details action.

Sorry for being confusing.  In the Outputs of the Get Response Details there will be a section showing the details of the error.  Not just the error code.  This is what I wanted.  It should look something like this:

Thanks for the prompts. not sure what happened but somewhere the response ID stopped working as pointed out. No reason it should have stopped to be honest.
