CRM Connectors

My company is exploring CRMs to use for a side project. What we want to check out first are the CRMs that have native connectors in Power Automate as we'd be moving data back and forth between our servers and other CRMs with the new one. It does not have to be as robust as Salesforce as the info we'd be looking to transfer to and from is customer, and lead info.

What are some experiences that you have had with native CRM connections in Power Automate? Any kind of recommendation helps greatly. Thanks!

    Hi  ,

Thank you for choosing Microsoft Community.

    HubSpot:

Experience: Many users appreciate the user-friendly interface and the ability to quickly set up flows for lead management and customer interactions2.

    Zoho CRM:
Integration: Zoho CRM offers a native connector that supports a wide range of actions and triggers, facilitating data movement between systems.
Experience: Users often highlight the flexibility and customization options available with Zoho CRM integrations.

    Salesforce:
Integration: While you mentioned not needing something as robust as Salesforce, it’s worth noting that Salesforce has one of the most comprehensive native connectors in Power Automate.
Experience: The integration is highly reliable, with extensive capabilities for managing customer and lead data.

    Pipedrive:
Integration: Pipedrive’s native connector supports various actions and triggers, making it suitable for automating sales processes.

When choosing a CRM, consider the specific needs of your project, such as the complexity of workflows, the volume of data, and the level of customization required. Each of these CRMs offers different strengths, so it’s worth exploring their capabilities in Power Automate to see which one aligns best with your requirements.
