Hello @ManishSolanki , @creativeopinion

Error Details: "You are not authorized to send mail on behalf of the specified sending account."

Even when I'm trying to use the "Modified by Email" option from dynamic content n the field "From (Send as)".  The flow doesn't run and shows error.

I just want the flow to run and whenever the user who edits the Sharepoint form and saves it. I want the flow to run and send the email from their email address not from mine (creator).

Is there any work around on how to resolve this issue? I just need this one thing to be resolved and my workflow will be 100% working. Please help!!

Thanking you all in anticipation. 🙂

    Hi @Faizy ,

The default value of "Form" is current connection's email address. You can't use someone else's email account to send emails, after all, you're not the owner of email account. The "Form" field is usually a shared email address. I suggest that you might as well insert some information in the body of the email, such as "This email is related to Bob".

    Hope this will help you.

    Best regards,

    Rimmon

Hello @v-mengmli-msft, Thank you very much for the reply.

But when i choose the "Modified by Email" option from the dynamic content in the "From" field it clearly says "Email address of the user who last changes this item" right. Then what is the use of it? If it doesn't do what it is supposed to do?

    Hi @Faizy ,

The message only means that the email address can be recognizable and available, but it does not mean that you currently have permission to send the email via the email address.

Whether it's a shared mailbox or someone else's mailbox, you first should have the permission to send messages from this address. But from the actual project deployment, I recommend that you use a shared mailbox or, as I mentioned earlier, insert a message in the body about the person who modified the item.

    Best regards,

    Rimmon
