Need Help: I need help linking an autogenerated number to another page.

I really new to this and programming just doesn't click with me but I have to build an app for school and I'm stuck. All I need to do is take an auto-generated number that shows up in one field and have it generate on another one. If that makes sense.

Example: when I create a new work order and fill in the basic info, it auto-generates the order number. I then move to a next page for more details but I need those two pages to share the same generate number.

Make the Default of the second page field the value of the control on the first page.
