Use response from form to build another form

I have a form where I gather responses and build another form based on those.

 

How do I create a new form using Flow?

    Hi @Zaschen ,

     

    Unfortunately, this is not possible currently.  There is no API to access Microsoft Forms.

    At my knowldege - None.

    We can only create microsoft forms manually.
