Outlook email is not embedding pictures

Hi,

I prepared a flow, that will send automated emails to people on their birthdays and work anniversaries. Therefore, I picked a picture from SharePoint List and kept it in a variable and then embedded it in the email.

However, when the emails are sent, the message are there properly but the picture is missing in the email.

What can be done in this regard?
