Link not carrying over when wrapping an image

I have a flow built that takes specific data from a submission and posts a summary as a message. Think a confirmation message to a management team.

The issue is that part of what I want management to see is a link wrapped around an image. The image populates fine. However, the link does not work. It looks like this:

How can I get the link to work?
