"Save As" Copy Not Working After Links Have Been Updated, Turned On

I created a flow that worked great.

Then I clicked "Save As" to make a copy of it.

Then I went through and updated all the links (triple checked).

Then I "Turned On" my new flow.

Then I clicked "Flow Checker" and had Errors (0) and Warnings (0).

...but for some reason the flow does not work..

...it gives the Status as "Failed", but I'm not sure where/why...
