Problem with approval flow - differnt approver for on approval

Hi there.

I have created a long approval flow with a lot of approvals in a row.
It starts with creating a titel in sharepoint and the flow add there the different appovals with comments and names of the approvers. So far so good.

Now to my problem:
For the moment, there is only one mail in the "assigned to"-field. All is okay and is without problems.
I want that the approval send to two or more fixed users and that only one "approve" start the next steps.
When I write two diffent mails in th e"assigned to"-field, than the approval has must done by both users.
Hope you can understand my problem and send me a solution.
Please descripe it easiely, my english is not so professional like my german. 😉

Thanks and best regards

    Hi @Anonymous,

If I undertand correctly you want to have it so the approval can be assigned to multiple people, but any one of those people can authorise the approval?

Have you checked that the approval type is set to "first to respond?"

Let me know if this is what you wanted, if not I'm sure we can figure something out!

Hi @jwhite and thank you for your quick response.

I got it, there was an issue in the condition behind the approval.

The detail "contains" has to be choosen, in my case there was "equals". So it stopps till every listed person gave their approval.

Thank you for your time and help.

    Best regards

    Stefan

    Hey again.

    It was not the solution...

My fault was the mail after the condition. Now everything is well.
