    Hi @Anonymous,

You could use the Create HTML table action instead and use the output of that in the body of your e-mail action.

Can you share the rest of your flow setup?

What type of SharePoint action are you using to retrieve those specific fields. Is it Get Item, Get Items or are they retrieved from a trigger action like When an Item is created?

But what i really want is to show my table in the approvals (create an approval ) *for some specific reasons

I tried the below format but the table is not showing properly aligned

    Hi @Anonymous,

Apologies, I missed the markdown table part. Pretty important part of your question, my bad.

I cannot really see in your screenshot. But have you used colon characters in the separator row with dashes? I believe you can use that to either align stuff. This is called Github Flavored Markdown (GFM Tables).

Have a look at this thread:

    Hi @Anonymous,

I would at least try and centre all the columns. I see the first column and the last column aren't.

Can you try something like below to see if that makes a difference?

    |:--------:|:--------:|:---------------:|:-----------------:|:---------:|

    Hi @Anonymous,

I think we are just hitting a limitation of this markdown formatting.

Maybe we need to try a different approach? You are always showing just one row in the table, correct?

A workaround could be to just change the orientation of the table. Show the column names in the first column and the values in the second. Than at least it might be a bit easier to read?
