Renaming Files with this flow

Hello, im looking to rename files based on Extraction from invoices, with the name of the Invoice. When i apply this flow it rename randomly all the files , when i do it one it is correct. Also im trying to remove the apply to each so it doesnt go over all the 100 files, everytime a file is uploaded, can someone give me an advice to both of my issues?

It looks your uri is missing 'web'. Normally a REST API uri which interacts with a list starts with:

_api/web/lists

Can you update your URI and try again?

I attempted and successfully updated the filename using the REST API.
