Random Run Time Error?

Hi,

The flow, see screenshot attached, usually runs successfully but sometimes throws the error below.
This makes the flow unreliable and I have to continually check it.

Has anyone any ideas how I permanently rectify this?

Thank you,
Ollie

The error message you're seeing indicates that the connection reference needs to be refreshed with updated credentials. Specifically, the error `AADSTS53001` suggests that the device is not in the required state (domain joined) as per the Conditional Access policy. The error also seems to indicate that the site you're trying to go to is in your company's blocked list.

    To resolve this, you should:
    1. Update the connection credentials: Go to Data > Connections in Power Automate, find the connection that your flow uses, and update the credentials (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/triggers-troubleshoot).
    2. Ensure device compliance: Make sure the device meets the Conditional Access policy requirements of your company, such as being domain joined.
In connections, you want to check the status column where it has an error or shows that it cannot sign in:

If you continue to experience issues, you might need to check the Conditional Access policies in Azure AD or consult with your IT department to ensure compliance.

Showing your flow would also take out some of the guesswork. Is this a shared flow that is manually triggered? If so, why it works sometimes could be that some people are connected to your corporate network when they try to run it while others are not, which is the reference to conditional access policies. Here are recommendations from Microsoft to resolve those issues: Conditional access and multifactor authentication in Power Automate (Flow) - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn
