Using Power Automate to send regular and filtered reports

I have managed to create a flow to export a SharePoint list to CSV. My next questions are:

  1. Is it possible to just update an existing CSV file based on the list? or will it always create a new CSV file?
  2. How do I go about sending that CSV file via email?
  3. Is it possible to send a personalized/filtered report to each user? Say I only want a user to see his/her own entries, and not anyone else's?

I would understand if these automation would require more than just one flow.

Appreciate the help.

Yes you can achieve all this in one flow.

    1. CSV files are not supported by excel connector you have to save your file as .xlsx. which can be used in flow.

    2. Upload that file in SharePoint Document Library then use Get file Content and same can be then send via email as an attachment.

    3. Yes you can send personalized report to each users. But for this steps you have to create a temp excel file in document library and for each user through loop you can add rows in temp excel. Later you can get file content of temp excel file and send email for each user as an attachment and in last you need to clean your temp file so that for next user your temp file is neat and clean.

    Thanks
