As requested, here's a snapshot of our flow, stuck on step 4, but with no email being sent to one address at step 6. Other emails have been sent, including confirmation that the flow has been completed. Fields have been checked, flow has been recreated but issue remains. An additional error is that the incorrect fields (first name, last name) are appearing in the subject heading. Old names are used from previous flows, incorrectly.
This has now become an urgent issue. Please could you advise how we fix this asap?
