I am seeking to automate our company's approval process for distributing mass communications and emails. Currently, we use a form on a Staff Intranet SharePoint site to track submissions. I would like to enhance this process by integrating the following features:
- Calendar Integration: Automatically link approved submissions to a calendar accessible by all staff, indicating when the email will be sent out.
- Template Automation: Automatically populate pre-existing email templates with the information provided in the initial form for those looking to review the submissions so they can preview exactly what they email will look like.
These improvements aim to streamline the approval process and ensure timely and accurate communication.
