2Does anyone have a flow template for employee reviews? i need help in building one.
The process:
A)
- there would be a list of employees with the required date of reviews
- submit the form to employees for fill up
- submit the employee's response to the manager for review
- manager will fill up another form for comments and recommendations for a rate increase or whatsoever
- submit both forms back to HR
- the form will be saved to a folder
B)
- Send a word form to the employee
- the employee will submit the form
- the form will be forwarded to the manager for input (on the same form)
- manager will submit the form back to HR
- the form will be saved to a folder
and if there's a way to have the rating computed at the end. If this is not possible can anyone help me with a better idea? thanks
