Hi there
I am a pretty new user to MS Forms and Power Automate. I have created a checklist for a vehicle for checking it's equipment off after every use it has.
Presently I have to get the user to type in the items missing, but found that can be quite a long task if a lot of items are deficient.
Wondered if there was a way of linking all unchecked items into a list in MS Forms to show items deficient at time of check?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1, Could you please tell me what data source you are using?
2. Could you please give me an example or some screenshots.
3. If you want to use power automate to automatically fill or modify some fields in your MS form, this will not be possible.
