Update a Sharepoint field from a Planner Task modification

Hello guys,

I've been searching for a while but couldn't get any answer.

First, I've set a flow to create a task in Planner when I add an item into my Sharepoint list.

Then I'd like to use and work from the planner tasks so it updates one field in my Sharepoint list.

Is there a way to update the Sharepoint field called "Status" whenever I move a task in Planner from a column to another (knowing that my columns are actually the status)?

Is there something "native" usable or do I have to use a Post method ?

Thanks for your lights

    Hi @v-alzhan-msft,

Yes when I say move a task from a column to another in Planner, this actually means update the task.

Within my Planner, I have tasks in different columns that are my status.

I do have a Sharepoint list related to this Planner and I would like to know if I can create a flow that updates my Sharepoint field "status" after updating my Planner task status by moving it to another column.

If for example I push my first task "THALES - TELESAT R2" from the column - status "Waiting for client's reply" to the right column "Bid won", I'd like to see my Sharepoint field "status" updated as per as the planner task got updated

So to have the status changed from "Stand by - Waiting for client's reply" to "Bid won" here-below :

    Thank you for your help,

    Hi @Julien_MS ,

How to understand the move a task in Planner from a column to another that you mentioned? Do you mean update the task in planner?

You could created a flow to update the sharepoint item when the task is updated in the planner, please let me know if you have any problem when you create the flow.

    Best regards,

    Alice
