Excel get tables 100 mb limit

Is there a solution or a workaround in the Excel Get Tables action's 100 mb limit? 

 

I have a flow that gets tables and creates one if no table exists however if the excel file is over 100 mb it throws the error: 

"Sorry, we can't open your workbook in Excel Online because it exceeds the 100 MB file size limit."
