If We want to create Power automate flow which will have ERP connector block used to call function /RFC. If we want to deploy and run this on remote machine, what pre - requisites is required on Virtual Machine.

You will need to install an on-premises data gateway along with some additional prerequisites in order to connect to SAP.
You can find a list of all prerequisites in the documentation.
