Neither of those are possible. If you pass in several email addresses, the filter will only include all emails that were sent from all of those addresses (which is technically impossible). The same applies to the subject text filter - if you include several words or phrases in there, the action will expect all of them to be present in the subject text.
The only way to do something like that would be using the Get emails action under the Office 365 Outlook actions group, which is a premium feature, as it uses the Outlook 365 Connector from the cloud. This action supports using an OData search query, which could include the OR operator for the filters.
