Hello,
I have developed some Flows which duplicate Planner Cards from the Main Task List to Sub-Task Lists.
It works ok - other than the period invalidation of the connectors.
Ideally, this Flow would be more a 'set and forget' rather than being informed by a Team Member that the things it is supposed to do didn't happen.
I am using connectors for:
-Planner
-SharePoint (lists)
-Teams
-Office Groups
It seems like connections fail fairly frequently, not like they are on a schedule but more random.
If we are going to use these Flows for standard business processes, we need to ensure that they will not break so often.
Does anyone have any recommendations on how to overcome these connector issues before they come up? Can I work it into my Flow to immediately validate connections perhaps using my credentials?
I have read about looking into our firm's MFA settings and adjusted those to ensure the connectors do not depreciate. I would rather avoid adjusting firm-level security if possible.
Please let me know if you have any ideas.
