PowerAutomate Premium connectors (JIRA)

Hi

 

Iam using PowerAutomate online and I would like to connect my flow with JIRA. JIRA is a premium connector in PowerAutomate and I couldn't find any information how to get the accessibility of it or what is the pricing. Could someone please help me to solve my problem with JIRA premium connector?
