Extract data from excel email attachment and update central excel sheet

I have an excel file  - which with some VBA code - takes student scores  -from individual questions on various ( up to 180 different) tests. The VBA then emails the relevant Leader a file for them to update a "Master" sheet. All 10 staff use this sheet and it works well. I now want to automate the updating process - by taking the email (  which i can choose to format in any way  i want before being sent) and then taking the rows of information about groups of students to add to a Master sheet using flow  - with Excel Business and Outlook. I have found one thread which appears to do this but as  [Get Rows] is now [List rows present in table] i am unable to follow the thread. see thread here - https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Update-Excel-Spreadsheet-from-email-attachment/td-p/193186

Can you help me extract the excel infomation from the attached file in outlook into a different excel sheet in onedrive please.

    Hi @malletson ,

The link that you provided couldn't be opened.

Do you want to update a central excel sheet with all Content from the excel email attachment?

If yes, you could update the central excel sheet with Content from the excel email attachment.

However, if you want to get all the rows in the excel email attachment and save part of the rows in the central excel sheet, I afraid that your requirement couldn't be achieved microsoft flow since the flow could only get all the content from the excel email attachment, the flow couldn't get the row data from the excel email attachment.

    Best regards,

    Alice

What was the solution to this?

In the reply was "If yes, you could update the central excel sheet with Content from the excel email attachment." but how do you do this?

This is what I'm currently trying to do but not having much luck.
