Hi,
Could the SAP Playbook be updated or perhaps one written for Citizen Developers because seriously I am not going be learning SAP scripting to make a Power Automate Desktop flow work in SAP as a business analyst. Things like:
- What does it look like when scripting is on?
- Which theme is PAD friendly?
- Which SAP GUI version is the most PAD friendly?
- What is the recommended strategy when a UI element is not "findable" by PAD? Is move mouse to image the best?
- How to I make sure my bot stays on task - as in the correct screen is being completed with data.
- What is the best strategy for figuring out variants in flows for all of the different variables in an SAP transaction?
- Is it better to have multiple single purpose bots for a transaction or one ginormous one?
- What do I not know about PAD bot interacting with SAP that I should know... some examples regarding:
- Unique module specific transactions like MIGO, PA50, ME32N, etc.
- downloading reports
- Is it better to use a Hot Key, menu navigation, click UI element, or move mouse to image and what might I consider when choosing?
-At the beginning of my journey, so please add questions that you would want to know as a Citizen Developer working on SAP Automations.... or if you know some answers thanks for sharing those too!
