Hi, I am building a flow when details of a SharePoint item are added to the body of an email, but having trouble handling how the values in appended notes into an email. Would anyone be able to suggest the best way to do this?

Thanks,

    I tried the following, as was able to get all the appended notes for a list item.

    I have a SharePoint List with a Multiple lines of text column called Notes with "Append Changes to Existing Text" set to Yes.

    My list is called Acronyms, and the item ID I'm using in the example below is 167:

    I used a Send and HTTP request to SharePoint action with the following settings:

    Uri
    _api/web/lists/getbyTitle('<List Name>')/items(<item-ID>)/versions?$select=<Notes-column-name>
    _api/web/lists/getbyTitle('Acronyms')/items(167)/versions?$select=Notes

    Headers:

    Accept application/json;odata=nometadata

    I used a Select action to "grab" all the Notes text:

    The expressions I used for the Select action are:
    From:
    body('Send_an_HTTP_request_to_SharePoint')?['body']?['value']

    Map:
    item()?['Notes']
    I then used the Join action to join all the notes together using a HTML line break tag <br>:

    Add the joined notes to the email:

    Here is the runtime output:
